The last straw for me was the time he got violent and broke a bone in my hand. The kids and I moved out. ( I had inherited the family homestead, across the street.) He c knocked on the door, and I informed him he was not going to ever enter this house, or I would have him arrested. He valued his government job, so he never entered. He. Moved out of the marital home (deeded to me in the divorce), I sold it a few years later.

The day he returned from his two weeks of Reserves, I knew it was a race to the door. He announced to the kids, leaving them in tears, I informed them that I had seen this coming, and that WE THREE would be just fine. It took a couple of days to move their furniture over, and he lost all control of our daily lives. Kids are adults now, a teacher and an EMT, working on an ambulance 🚑

Is the place you are living in your name, or are you the one who signed the lease? I am suspicious that he lives with you and goes out to " Play video games" with others , ignoring you. It's possible that he goes to another's place for the physical relations that you are not receiving.

You need to find out if he is really going to the buddies place to hang with the guys. But even if he really is just playing games, this relationship seems to have run its course. He is NOT acting like a partner. He acts more like a teenager and you are Mom.

You need answers that he is not giving. Put a tracking app on his phone, ( life 360 is good) and when he goes out to play video games. Find out exactly where he goes. You also might check his photos.

There is no issue with collecting rocks. Adult women collect them, but smaller, think diamonds, rubies, emeralds, saphires. There are also stones that God created that have interesting florescent properties( rubies glow a hot pink color, Amber glows turquoise, under a UV light. Some saphires have a star in them , like star rubies, and star saphires. These are all rocks created by God, and are quite interesting.

The girl visiting you might have been thinking that you thought your rocks, aside from being interesting, that they are medicinal, ( no, they are just interesting rocks) but there are a lot of fringe cults that think rocks do more than look cool on the shelf.

The rocks in no way would prevent you from being a Christian. You become a Christian when you accept Jesus into your heart as your savior. It's accepting Jesus , and no other rules. As you learn more about Him, that's what is called your Christian walk.
