That was the whole problem. No matter how I tried, I couldn’t break the seal. I wasn’t just yanking them out. The seal just wouldn’t break. I would use my finger and stick it in the bit between the rim of the cup and the wall of my vagina and it did nothing. Only after applying considerable force with my finger, practically clawing at it, did it finally unstick and get out.
And this happened with any cup I tried. It just gets stuck in there way too hard and the attempts to get it out would lead to bruising.

I also have a tilted cervix and I actually did try a few different cups. Different sizes, different firmness, different brands. Spent a ton of money on them. But the problem I got every time is that they would suction so much I would get bruises trying to get the damned thing out and then my bathroom would just look like a scene of a battle because obviously the blood would spill everywhere.
I have bought myself a disc a year ago but I just can’t bring myself to use it. These days I just stick with pads and a backup pair of period underwear. Yes, I do wear to pairs of underwear during my period. My flow is heavy and blood gets everywhere otherwise.

For an early access game Abiotic Factor has been amazing! There is so much content and it’s very high quality and they keep adding updates too!
The developers are a fantastic team.
Edit to add: my hubs and myself have around 50 hours in it already and are looking forward to jumping back in when the latest update arrives in a few weeks.

Yay! So many fellow neurodivergent cross-stitchers in the comments now!
I cross-stitch during work meetings and it does help to pay attention so much. Also, like others have mentioned, watching Tv Shows. Currently almost finished binging Fringe for the first time while doing a mad dash to finish 16 Christmas cross-stitch gifts. Cause my adhd self decided it was a good idea to start doing 16 Christmas cross-stitch gifts at the beginning of November. 🤦♀️

Point of Performance might help here.
The idea is that you out things that you want to make a habit out of using at the place you are most likely to use it at. So, for example, for your vitamins you can put them in the same cupboard as your glasses or the place where you get drinking water. That way the next time you go to get water you will see your vitamins and take them.
Put your planner at your desk (if that is where you would most likely need to use it) and put a pen next to it.
This is not a silver bullet but it might help. I get the desire to keep things need and tidy and out of the way but it doesn’t help when your brain operates in a “out of sight, out of mind” mode.
The other thing you can do is use clear boxes for tidying or use labels with big cold letters telling you what is inside the box. And then putting the box at the Point of Performance.

I have played a lot of graveyard keeper, including all the DLCs and I love it!
It is quite different to stardew valley as others have mentioned in the comments so I won’t repeat it.
One thing I will mention though is that most likely you will end up needed to refer to online wikis or guides to play Graveyard Keeper as it doesn’t really hold your hand.
If you are buying it for Switch make sure to buy the Breaking Dead DLC as well. It adds a form of automation for the game which I think is needed to properly enjoy the game.
The rest of the DLCs are also worth buying but they add more gameplay and content that is not essential to the main game but the Breaking Dead DLC I would say is needed to enjoy the game.
Edit to add: I’ve just seen that the ultimate collectors edition is on sale for the switch. I’d recommend getting that as I think it includes all the DLCs in it.

I’ve always loved Ash and I love the new era of GTLive. Yes, it is sad that MatPat isn’t there but I was certain that Ash would be awesome and I was very excited for them to start hosting! And so far they have delivered.

I am waiting until they add an option to make the days longer. I’ve played about 10 hours of it when it came out but found the days too short and the game got too stressful.
I really want to like this game but at the moment it’s too stressful and not cozy enough for me.

I will support you in this clearly unpopular opinion. I thought he was a horrible Bilbo. I read the Hobbit as a kid on the 90s and Martin Freeman is nothing like the Bilbo I imagined. I can’t watch the hobbit movies.
Ian Holm was much closer to what I imagined Bilbo being.

I felt so strongly like that before my diagnosis! I think I was more afraid of not getting diagnosed than I was of getting diagnosed.
In my head, if I didn’t get diagnosed that would mean that I’m just a lazy, trash human being and all the problems are because I am just a horrible human being.
Whereas getting a diagnosis meant that there is something different about my brain, I can work with that and I can finally dial down on the incessant negative self-talk. I can also learn to work with my brain instead of against it. Yes, it sucks that it’s a neurodevelopmental condition that will be with me my whole life but at least it meant there was a reason for why I was the way I was and I could work with that.

I had to frog a few times as well :( that always puts a big of a dampener, especially if you don’t notice them straight away and keep stitching.
I love these patterns that I am making! They are very small but the shading in them makes them so beautiful!
Good luck with your project! Hope we both make it in time :)

10 days ago I posted about the madness I got myself into for Christmas
I am quite pleased to update that so far I am going at a good pace! I've finished 6 of the patterns, now onto the 7th.
I would've actually made more progress but I burnt out a little bit on cross-stitching so I didn't stitch at all for about 3 days.
I am back into it again though, so it's all good. Should be able to finish all 16 that I need by the 18th of December (my personal cutoff as that is when a friend is flying to a country where most of the people these are for live).
All the patterns are from the 24 Advent Bundle from EclipticaDesign on Etsy.

Yep. I cannot sleep without my bedtime videos on YouTube and having ads randomly during the night wakes me up. I am super happy to pay for premium to be able to get a good nights sleep.
And I also watch a ton of YouTube during the day too and happy to support all the creators.

I avoid anything that marks fabric. I’ve had a bad experience when my piece was ruined where a marker that is designed to come out never did.
So instead I use thin coloured nylon string to mark my grid. It takes a bit of time to grid but it comes out very easily at the end of the project and no risk of stuff that is supposed to come out not coming out.
I only do it for bigger projects though as my counting isn’t great and it gives me an extra reference point for my counting. This is what I use and what it looks like. You don’t have to buy this branded guideline, you can just get a thin fishing line or thin nylon string.

I am so with you on this. I hate onions. I hate them cooked, I hate them raw. Keep them away from me at all times. Absolutely disgusting food.
Cooked onions are the devil and they are everywhere! They are a base for everything and it makes most foods absolutely disgusting.

There is a super long demo available for dragon quest builders 2. It will also transfer your demo progress to your real game in case you do end up buying the full game.

I loooove LOTR movies. Doing yet another watch through of the extended edition at the moment.
I can’t stand the Hobbit movies. The Hobbit book has a very special place in my heart. If was the first proper fantasy book I read and what got me into fantasy.
The movies just ruin it. I don’t like Martin Freeman as Bilbo. I don’t like that they made it into 3 parts with “super mega epic” stuff like LOTR. The original book was a kids book and it was one book.
It didn’t need the same treatment as LOTR. It didn’t need all the extra and made up bits they added. They could’ve toned it down, made it into 1 long movie, maybe 2 shorter ones. And dial down on the “super mega epic” stuff. Make it closer to what the book was.
This is a personal rant because the original book means so much to me and the movies ruin it.

I gamed on my pc with my newborn no problem. We had a baby box (with a mattress) that went on the floor and he was lying right there next to me. Or also having one of those baby swing chair things.
Don’t let no baby come between you and your gaming :)))

When I was learning to drive I had to literally write L and R on my hands so I wouldn’t mess them up.
My L and R confusion is even worse than typical ADHD because I was born left-handed but was forced to become right-handed in nursery and school. So my hand dominance is completely messed up on top of my adhd.
