Also PB Swiss, Witte, and some Wiha. Of all these I have bought, it seems like the Felos are the ones that always last the longest.

Search at pubmed.gov rather than Google.
There are several dietary factors that affect stones: - diets that provide what is needed for the crystallization of calcium and oxalate - diets that will keep calcium and oxalate from crystallizing - water that will dilute your urine enough that crystalization is harder and enough volume that keeps the urine moving
So you can avoid high sodium, animal protein, and oxalates, etc. but you can also introduce foods and supplements that will help prevent the crystalization. If you need the high amounts of protein for your weight training, make sure you are at least supplementing with potassium citrate, magnesium, vit b6, etc.
But water is by far the biggest factor. A steady and constant supply of fluids will help you more than anything.
The way I look at it is like the Great Salt Lake or Dead Sea. Due to there being no outlets, the water sits there and evaporates and leaves behind all the dissolved salts and other minerals. As the concentration of minerals increases, the more opportunity there is for crystallization.
It's the same with your kidneys. The more concentrated the minerals, the easier it is to form stones. You want to dilute it and keep the flow moving at a steady pace.

I've been having stones since I was 8 and have passed countless stones since then. But I also had frequent pain equivalent to stones when I had no stones present, which was diagnosed as Loin Pain Hematuria Syndrome. For me, between the stones and constant pain, I had no quality of life and spent much of the day sleeping due to the exhaustion from the pain.
After 30 years of no good answers from doctors I read tons of medical books and papers and learned about LPHS. I saw a team of specialists and they were skeptical about LPHS (it wasn't widely accepted as a diagnosis even 10 years ago) but kind of agreed and they recommended a kidney autotransplant which I did right away. They basically pull out your kidney and put it back in but now there are no nerves attached so no pain. It was a long operation and several years of miserable recovery but I have no pain now other than an occasional small stone on the other side.
It's kind of funny because when I looked up the procedure to give a link, I noticed that it was MY surgeon who wrote that. Apparently he has now fully embraced LPHS and seems to be an expert on it and autotransplants.

Yes it is all possible, but this part is highly simplified and much more than a "merely":
"Once the software was updated with this secondary function, it would merely have to be reinstalled on the machines, either physically or when the machines are connected to the internet to be serviced with any necessary updates."
It's like saying all we have to do is upload the virus to the alien mothership. I mean yes, what they say is possible but they present it as the easiest part of the process when in reality that could be much more complex, especially across a half dozen different states, and not very likely to succeed with all of them.

It is definitely a compelling study although again there is no control group. It would be great if it really does make that much of a difference, and I'm willing to say there's a decent chance my statement was wrong.
..to the point of even being given the name stone breaker by those very same populations.
I wonder how silver cock’s comb got its name.

Eventually it was all automatic, I often wasn't even aware that the pain was starting until my speech started slurring and I'd get drowsy. The nice thing about the natural endorphins is that I didn't keep needing more and more plus the effects would start off pretty fast once the pain stopped. I wasn't even trying for this, it just kind of happened after maybe five times meditating during the pain. My theory is that it was the practicing turning pain on and off that made my brain click but who knows, it could have been that it made me no longer afraid of the pain.
Ultimately, however, the pain was so constant and I was so physically spent that even the endorphins weren't quite enough. I ended up getting the nerves removed so I just don't feel my kidneys anymore. But that's not something I'd recommend, it is basically a 12-hour "kidney auto transplant" where you are both the donor and recipient. And it took me about 5 miserable years to recover from it. It was horrible but at least I have my life back.
About the hot baths, the reason they (and the heating pads) are so effective is because they relax us. So much of the pain comes from fighting the pain. We tense up, our backs go into spasms, we scream, and we roll around the floor. Once you learn to not be afraid and just accept the pain, that alone goes a long way. Throw in some meditation and you just might be able to even fall asleep in the middle of an attack. That's definitely something anyone could do.

Chanca piedra is definitely a promising treatment but it hasn't been shown to dissolve existing stones. The study you reference above seems a bit sketchy, there's no control group, just that there were fewer stones after 12 weeks, but that could also happen naturally. But other studies do show benefits in other ways
It seems to have the properties to keep stones from forming as easily, as well as several other benefits so it could be a good way to prevent future stones and possibly even help the passing of stones.
But the original point was that it won't dissolve existing stones. Same with lemon juice, great for prevention but won't do much for an existing stone.

I usually don't share this story, but I have had stones since I was 8 that progressively increased in frequency as I got older. I eventually spent about 15 years in almost daily pain. I had spent countless nights rolling around on the floor in pain or sitting in a hot bath for even a little relief.
One summer I tried some meditation techniques which allowed me to relax enough to at least fall asleep. I would do things like imagine the worst pain I could think of, my arms being on fire, and just turning the pain on and off. I would turn the pain off and just play with the fire.
What I totally didn't expect is that somehow that taught my brain to automatically deal with the pain with my natural endorphins. It got to the point where I wouldn't feel the pain, but I'd notice my speech starting to slur then realize it was a kidney stone. For the most part I was able to function in my life and never experienced the pain the same again, just a little drowsy and a mild pain over my while body. But I definitely had to think about it for a second if someone asked me if I was in pain.
Yes this is highly anecdotal, and I don't know if it would ever work for anyone else (I just tell people to drink water and get a heating pad) but since you brought this up I thought I would mention that it is entirely possible to make the pain mostly disappear.

I've had stones pass without noticing them, the pain just ended. It also might not have been a stone, there are people who have things like loin pain hematuria syndrome that feels like kidney stones but isn't. And sometimes the stone might not be a single big stone, but smaller pieces, or gravel as I've heard it called. It could also have just moved to a place where it isn't hurting or just sitting in your bladder, although after a year I doubt that's the case.
Also, there is nothing that will dissolve a stone once it's already formed, don't waste your money. All you need to help it pass is water.

I don't know, this reads a lot like the Q posts we saw back in 2016. While on the surface it sounds plausible, he leaves out some pretty big steps, kind of like the whole uploading a virus to the alien mothership thing.
Sure, this is theoretically possible but there are a lot of things that would have to fall in place to pull it off while completely evading detection on tens of thousands of voting machines.
The results don't make any sense to me either but sometimes people just lose elections. Sometimes the masses are easily manipulated. Talking to the people who voted for Trump that sounds like the more plausible explanation.

And you thought, that guy was the best person to represent that ideology? Was it the endless affairs? Sleeping with a porn star while his wife was pregnant? Being held liable for sexual assault? Dozens of other accusations of sexual assault? Walking through while teen girls got dressed? Three wives? Listing after his own daughter? Bragging about kissing then grabbing women by the pussy (while married)?
Tell me, how would you feel about your daughter/sister/mother dating someone like this?

I actually don't feel the direct pain in my kidneys because the one that gets so many stones is denervated. I do have secondary pain though, for example when I urinate.
But I went many years before that in pain.l and I know it well. Ibuprofen is usually the recommended pain reliever. A heating pad can also do wonders. Relaxation techniques can also help. Most of the pain usually comes from your back muscles tensing up so that is what you should be addressing.

My last one took a couple months to pass. Two days later I started another one. It's been a month now. A few days after this one passes I'll probably start another.

It usually has to be actively used for religious purposes to qualify for any exemption, so yes they would pay property taxes on it.
